In The Olden Days, Acting Immature Used To Discredit People. What Happened?

In the olden days, which were not all that long ago, people would get fired when they did stupid things. Doing dumb things used to discredit people.

A man named Soupy Sales asked his television audience, which was geared toward children, to go get something green out of their momma's purse and mail it to him. He lost the job. Another man who had a radio show for children, probably didn't realize he was on air and said (after the show was over) 'that ought to hold the little bastards'. He lost his job as well.

Today is a different story though. Many people live and determine truth by their emotions. There is not a strong belief in objectionable truth, as truth that is outside of one's realm. So, if God has something to say, then the person determines if it is truth or not, by his feelings on what God says.

This goes even further. If a woman wants to have a baby, and doesn't have an abortion, she considers her baby a true human being. But if a woman does not want to have a baby, she decides that the baby is not really a human being, and therefore she can have her baby murdered.

Today, people are doing stupid things. I remember being a 10 year old, and in an after school activity, a 10 year old girl threw a temper tantrum. It seemed strange for someone at that age to throw a temper tantrum, but it happened. It was not considered normal and it was not looked upon with respect. I certainly became careful to never throw temper tantrums after that!

We have a whole group of people who live by their feelings. They live in the same land the rest of us do. They are very angry. Their anger is manifest in their actions. They go out as a group in the highways and block traffic. They go to meetings where important issues are being dealt with and they yell. They say things like, 'I want to kill the president'. They have become violent and are relentless in their feisty demeanor. Some of them are involved in carrying out criminal activities and have been sent to prison. Many of them threaten to leave our country. May they go out in peace.

Years ago, we would have thought that strange. We would not respect these people and they would have become discredited in our eyes. People would have frowned upon this group. People who don't act decently weren't worthy to be our friends. How could anyone trust them. Further more, people who lie and slander would have been alienated.

Somehow, either we are apathetic or we just don't see it as that bad. We are focusing on the wrong things when it comes to the political realm. We need to see the danger of what these aggressive people are doing. They are gathering together and relentlessly fighting against those who want to do what is right.

Do we want these people to run our country in the future? I don't think that we need to be fighting them physically, but I know we need to be fighting them spiritually. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they are mighty through a powerful God.

What are these people fighting for? They are fighting for permission and support for abortion at any stage. They are fighting for supposed rights for homosexuals, lesbians, and transgenders. These people already have the same basic rights as the rest of us as promised in the Constitution, so what gives? What they want is for some authority figure to heavily tax the rich people in order for those taxes to pay for those in the military to have transgender operations fully paid by our taxes. The taxes also will help fund abortions to those women who think they have the right to their own bodies. Our taxes will help pay for court sessions to try to penalize people like Baronnelle Stutzman, who refused to supply and decorate flowers for a gay wedding. You see now, that this group wants to take away the rights of those who stand up for the truth, and give rights and support for those who want to do wrong. And then they want to penalize those who would oppose what they are doing.

They are in no need of money, for George Soros is fully backing them, and he has lots to give. What these people don't realize now, is that they get all the freebies and goodies now, but, once Communism sets in, life is going to be radically different and very hard for them. It will be too late though, for whoever they elect into office will manipulate the Constitution, and will change it to whatever he or she wants it to be. And no one will be able to challenge it. Why? Because we will all be in darkness and those at the top will not even see they are doing wrong. Neither will they care.

Today, on the Glen Beck Show, a man named Matt Walsh was on. He wrote a book I would highly recommend. Haven't read the book yet, but from the conversation, and from the excerpts, the book sounds right on. I did put the book on my wishlist, so, possibly in the future I can get a copy.

How Much Of Our Hatred Is Real? How Much Of Our Hatred Is A Lie We Are Being Told?

The devil is stirring up all kinds of trouble in America. Black people think that white people hate them. White people think that black people hate them. Some people think that everyone hates them. Others think that if you show passages from the Scriptures showing that homosexuality is wrong, you are saying that you hate them.

Don't get me wrong. There is a lot of hatred going around. But just how much of that is real?

We see this in marriage relationships as well. The wife listens to the voice that says her husband hates her or would rather be married to someone else. The husband takes things the wife does, as personally against him. How much is true of this and how much of it are just lies from the Enemy of our Souls?

The Bible says that the Enemy comes to 'steal, kill, and destroy'. He wants to destroy the relationships we have with others, while we are on earth. He wants to steal our joy from us. He will take advantage of us at every point he can.

The problem is, that we haven't learned to separate the truth from the lies.

The only way we can do this, is by knowing God's word inside and out, and getting to know what is on God's heart.

I do think that there are problems in relationships, whether they be racial conflict or marital problems. The question is, how much of what we perceive as hatred, is really a lie from the devil?

The cure is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We all need new hearts, hearts filled with God's love instead of vengeful hate. We can have hearts of love when we repent of our sins, turn away from our sins, and turn to God, trusting in what His Son did for us, when He died on the Cross, around 2,000 years ago. He was buried and He rose from the dead on the Third day after He was killed. God placed all our sins on Him, and He bore the wrath of God for us. He never sinned. We can have this resurrection power in our lives, when we turn to Him, and trust in Him to save us from our sins.

We need the love of God in our hearts. We can turn in our old, selfish heart and receive the new one He will give us. Imagine if everyone had this heart of love for one another. That is what it will be like in heaven, one day.

The Left Has Diverted Our Focus And They Have Been Successful

Just have a thought here. I see basically 3 groups of political people in my social world. One group, I call the 'Left-wingers', also known as Progressives or Liberals. The second group is the Conservatives. Many, but not all in this group are professing Christians. I see a third group as well. It could be a division of the second group, I am not sure though. This third group ties in, in some ways, with the Liberal Left (the first group). Although they are not socialistically minded, they are united with the Left in their cause against Donald Trump. They are also weakening the cause of the Conservatives.

Here is my concern and thought: I think this third group has been misled, and that misleading has been done by the mainstream media, which is controlled by the Liberal Left. If you talk to anyone who is in this third group, you will find that their main concern in this past election, has focused on the so called 'evilness' of Donald Trump, not issues with our national security or empowering our military to protect our nation. Any president who would have set borders around our country years ago, would have been praised.

Here is the crux of the matter: I think the mainstream media has been successful is destroying Donald Trump's credibility. I also think that mainstream Christians are not careful and discerning on what they are listening to. I have seen many Christian leaders be destroyed because someone came up with a rumor about them or their group, and the rumor spread and became 'common knowledge' in Christian circles. For example, years ago, I heard that the group, 'Phillips, Craig, and Dean' were false teachers because they believed in something called 'Modalism'. I did some research on Phillips, Craig, and Dean, and found nothing on it. Nevertheless, the rumors were strong and people had really bad things to say against this musical group. I still could not find any info on them concerning modalism, and one time, my husband and I were in the car when one of their songs came on. I mentioned to my husband that they were false teachers. He asked me how I knew? Where did I get my information on that? All I could say in response was, 'everyone knows they are teaching a false doctrine'. Of course, I really hadn't heard them preach a false doctrine, nor did I come up with that conclusion by listening to their songs. I had no personal credibility to make that comment about them. It may have been true, but from my own research, I wasn't able to come to my own conclusions about it. I just relied on what everyone said, and since everyone who said that this musical group was into 'modalism' were Christians, I assumed it was true.

I think we have done the same thing with Donald Trump. The Left still isn't giving up the fight. They are still calling him names, and even without explanation of why the name calling. Their emails I get in my email box are so full of hate, yet they accuse Donald Trump of being a hater (and they even use that word). This is just my opinion and observation, but I think this whole thing has taken the focus off the real issue, which is progressivism, and focused it on blasting Donald Trump. Let's face it. They are angry. They hate Donald Trump with a passion. They want you and me to hate Donald Trump as well. Are we falling for their trap and diversion or, can we look at the issue at hand and deal with it? The issue at hand has to do with our potential to lose our freedoms as a nation, and become enslaved to an ideology that says that you shouldn't be able to make too much money and if you do, you should be taxed to death to support those who make less. It takes away from God's creating each person with dignity and in a unique way with gifts and talents that should be expressed and used to serve others and supply the money needed to live on.

America Was Not Built On Anti-Colonialism

Anti-Colonialism is the ideology of the Left. According to Dinesh D'Souza, the Left (or also known as Progressives or Liberals), believes that America exists because the early Americans 'stole' land from the Indians, and Mexicans, and therefore, American citizens today do not deserve to live in a country that has an economy based upon capitalism.
The idea, according to the Left-Wingers (and this ideology is not new), is that America should not be a Super Power, and that we should be equal with other nations. It is not fair (to them) that people here can make a lot of money, while people in India, for example, are suffering and wanting something to eat.
My ancestors came over to America from other countries. In fact, my great-grandparents came from Austria, and another great grandmother came from Scotland. They did not come to America to get a hand-out. They came to America, became citizens, and worked hard to become part of the fabric of this nation. They all had wonderful skills they employed and used them to build their businesses and serve their families with.
I guess the question we have to ask ourselves is, do these people who work hard and become part of the fabric of our society, so that they can bully others around? We don't have to look hard to see that this nation was not built by a bunch of bullies, making tons of money so they can imprison others who are poor. Our nation was built by people who had skills and used them in serving others, while making a living.
This might be a poor example of something, but, take Michael Jackson, as an example. He was not old, yet he brought in tons of money. Was it fair that Michael Jackson became a rich man at a young age? Why or why not? Where did he get so much money? Who were the people who supported his 'business'? We supported him when we went to his concerts or bought his albums, etc. It is a matter of supply and demand, in a sense. Michael Jackson supplied a form of entertainment that many enjoyed. They paid big bucks to see him in his concerts. That was how he became rich at a young age. It is not a matter of fairness or not.
I think there is also some type of religious belief, perhaps in India, where they believe that for every rich boy in the United States who has video games, a computer, a pool in his backyard, etc, there is a poor boy in India or wherever this belief system is located. It is kind of like a balancing thing. They see America being prosperous, and they believe that is the reason why they are not prosperous. If anyone has insight into whatever this belief system is, please email me. I have heard bits and pieces of it, but don't know the source. This may have something to do with Yin-Yang. If the people from India really believe this, no wonder they hate Westerners.
We know that God does allow people sometimes to be prosperous. We are not to be selfish with what God gives us, but we need to share with others. There are people who are prosperous who are greedy. We cannot make people become ungreedy. All of us need a heart change. We need a new heart. Our hearts are all corrupt and we are all selfish unless God does a work in our hearts.
We also need to help people who are in need, but we need to give them the right kind of help. Providing meals every day for a homeless person is not going to help this person out of his or her homelessness. But providing training for this person so he or she can go to work, is what the person ultimately needs. It is fine to provide a meal for people who have little to eat. But, we don't want them to depend upon us to meet their needs. God has put inside of each of us the desire and ability to work. I know there are a few exceptions to this rule (person being handicapped or retarded), but most people will work if given the opportunity. This is how society is ultimately built.

Anti-God liberals are targeting Christians in their places of work, attempting to shut down businesses owned by Christians, and threatening the livelihoods of faithful Americans.

Just a few months ago, the liberal media wrote a hit piece about HGTV’s Chip and Joanna Gaines, which targeted them for attending a church that believes in natural marriage. The radical Left called for the Gaineses to be pulled off the air.

A couple in Oregon is facing a court date and a $135,000 fine for declining to make a wedding cake for a same-sex wedding ceremony. Aaron and Melissa Klein were forced to close their bakery — which they hoped to pass on to their children — after liberals protested.

In Michigan, the Vander Boon family risks having their meatpacking plant shut down, leaving employees jobless and the owners sent into bankruptcy because the government has targeted them for their Christian beliefs.

The assault on our faith is only intensifying, and if CCU is going to continue training young Christian conservatives who will stand in defense of traditional values, we're going to need your help!

A farm in Missouri was forced to shut down because of a false accusation that the cheese they were producing contained the bacteria which causes listeria. They were told that once the cheese was tested and if it were fine, they would be able to open their farm up again. The cheese tested fine, but the farm was never reopened.

And another - 

A bank teller in N.C. receives a Gospel tract that looks like a million dollar bill. Supposedly, someone went to the bank and tried to use it. The Feds were called in and the Secret Service made a trip to the address on the Gospel tracts, which was in Texas. The Secret Service men went into the warehouse where the tracts were stored and, without a warrant, removed many of them. The Secret Service also told them that they would make a trip to Living Waters in California, and would shut them down. Living Waters sold all their million dollar bill tracts that day and the Secret Service guys never showed up. Because the Secret Service men had broken the law, it took 10 rounds of court hearings before any action against them was taken. 

We are continually receiving reports that children who are under a doctor's care or are in a hospital, many times, are removed from the parent's authority. The children are placed in other homes, simply because there was something suspicious about the family. Sometimes, the children were removed from the homes simply because the parents wanted a second opinion concerning their child's diagnosis. 

And then, finally, there is the florist in Washington State, named Baronnelle Stutzman, who was in business for 30 some years. One of her customers, Robert Ingersoll, was a faithful customer, and became a good friend for at least 10 years. When Ingersoll requested Stutzman make a wedding cake for him and his partner who he was going to marry, Stutzman informed her friend that she could not do this. Ingersoll seemed to understand. Not sure what happened after this, but, the governing authorities in Washington State were made aware of what happened, and claimed that Stutzman had acted in an act of discrimination against Ingersoll. Now, she is potentially, going to lose her business. This incident is backed by the ACLU and now she is being sued by Washington State.

Fight For The Court

Well we all knew it was coming, and it's here.

The confirmation hearings in Washington have started, which means the fight to put a strict Constitutionalist on the Supreme Court in the mold of Justice Scalia has begun.

The radical Left has already launched its official campaign to stoke opposition to President Trump's nominee, Neil Gorsuch. These are some of the same groups that've been disrupting town hall meetings and creating all sorts of chaos, and I'm getting tired of them.

Those of us who believe in Godly values and the Constitution need to step it up, hit back, and make our case, or we're going to get run over and be left wondering what happened.

As Chairman of American Legacy Center's Fight for the Court project, here's my plan. I just released a new national ad in support of Neil Gorsuch, and we're working to get it around to as many people as we can over the next few weeks. In my opinion, you influence citizens first, and then you influence Washington. That's our goal.

These radical Left-wing groups are a real problem. They're fighting bare-knuckled for an America that's completely foreign to me, and probably you too.

They want to drive God from public view, and stop believers from living their faith.

They want abortion on demand, financed by our tax dollars.

They want to destroy the 2nd Amendment, or just pretend it doesn't exist.

They want no borders, and no enforcement of our immigration laws.

We've got a chance to knock these radicals right in the nose by putting a strict Constitutionalist on the bench who'll stand in the way of this lunacy.

We may have some other opportunities too, but everyone's going to be watching to see how this first fight goes down. We need to notch ourselves a win. A big win.

The Enlightenment, Postmodernism, What's Next?

     I am writing articles on this blog as I know (and have sadly found out) that many things I have posted on Facebook were hard for people to handle. It is like trying to develop the art of 'speaking the truth in love'. Many don't understand when a person posts things that are hard to handle, yet, we need to be aware of these things and not take offense at them.

   This blog is one I could spend all day on. I continually see posts from Facebook and receive emails that show events which give great detail on what is going on in our society, here in America. We are not the only country to have citizens who boldly defy the law of the land. But this is a time in America's History where God's word has been removed and people are now in ignorance as to their knowledge of who God is and what He expects from human beings. How are we to respond to God? God's word gives us insight into that. But if God's word is removed, then we won't know how to respond to God, nor will we understand that we need to. We will not have an eternal perspective, nor will we have the 'fear of the Lord' in our hearts.

   The trick of the Enemy is always to get us to doubt God. Did God ever reveal Himself to people? Yes, throughout the Bible, we read of God revealing Himself to people. Men who were listening to God wrote down His word and what He has said about Himself, and about us. In Genesis 3, the devil asks Eve if God really said what she said He said. (This was in reference to eating the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil). Eve was tempted to listen to the voice of the devil, even though she knew what God really said. She fell for the temptation and as a result, we all have been corrupted. I wonder if Eve would have reconsidered that event had she known what this world turned out to be, many years later.

   The devil is still lying to us. He lies about the validity of God's word. He tells us that we are basically good, and we would go to heaven after we die because of our 'goodness'. But if we really look at our hearts and measure ourselves against God's word (the 10 Commandments, for example), we see how we have failed. The devil will come in there and say that the times we have broken the Commandments aren't that important. He will lie to us and tell us that our good works will erase the things we did wrong. He will do anything he can to keep us from seeing our need for a Savior. He will also do anything he can to keep us enslaved (and loving) our sin.

   At present, we have, as a society, just gone through a period of time that is called the 'Postmodern Era'. Before that time, we went through a era known as the 'Enlightenment' where we tried to think 'rationally'. By the 1960s, people were smart enough to figure out the the philosophy of the Enlightenment just doesn't work. Instead of thinking in terms of finding scientific proof for everything, we concluded that whatever is true is whatever a person wants to be true. Postmodernism doesn't believe in absolute truth. Each person decides what is true for himself or herself. Both Modernism and Postmodernism reject the idea of a supernatural God who created everything and to whom we will all give account to one day.

  So, for example, a conversation I was listening to a while back, shed some insight on Postmodern thinking. A woman was asked if she were a Christian. She actually was asked if she believed that Jesus Christ was the only way to heaven and if she believed in Him as her Savior. Her answer was something like 'absolutely'. The man went on to question her. He asked her if she had a Muslim friend who died and stood before God, would the Muslim be allowed into heaven. She believe he would have. The man asked her 'why?'. The Muslim had faith and did good things. But the Muslim did not believe in Jesus. The conversation went on and seemed very confusing for me. In this woman's eyes, she saw people who believe in Jesus going to heaven. She also saw Muslims going to heaven (I am not talking here about Muslims who come to Christ. They can be radically saved and have a wonderful testimony for the Lord). Some people actually believe that whenever a person dies, they go to the heaven of the God who they believe in. So, Christians go to the God who is Jesus' Father. Muslims go to Allah. Atheists don't go anywhere. They believe that because they believe the philosophy that teaches us that we decide what is truth for us. They do not believe there is an outside truth. There are no absolutes. This all can be refuted, and we can discuss this on another blog sometime. It would definitely be a very insecure way to live.

A big lie we have today is, 'When
Scripture and Culture collide in their
ideas, Scripture must bow to the Culture'.

 

  According to something I learned in class a couple of years ago, Postmodernism is going out. The big question is, now what? What's next?

Tucker Carlson Demolishes Planned Parenthood Representative

The other night, Tucker Carlson was on television, interviewing a Planned Parenthood representative. Dawn Laguens was invited to the show and answered the questions asked to the best of her ability.

  What I think is interesting, is that as the dialog goes on, you can see this Postmodern thinking become evident. Postmodernism is based on a belief system that says that each person decides what is true. There are no absolutes.

   Tucker asks the woman what she personally thinks of abortion. Does she think it is murder? Her answer always comes back to what the woman thinks and what decision she and her doctor make. It is always up to each woman to decide. She can't get past this.

   Notice also the skewed facts she puts out. "That is not a viable fetus at that point. Everyone knows that."(5 1/2 weeks). "70% of Americans believe that Roe v. Wade should be the law of the land".

  I don't think so, Dawn. I know a lot of people, and out of them, there are not many who think abortion is acceptable. It's not rocket science. It is either a human being or it isn't. Why is this so hard for you to answer?

   "We will leave it up to the woman to make the choice. They get to make the choice."

  I'm glad that she is upset with Paul Ryan and Donald Trump because of their plan to defund Planned Parenthood. Something more to pray about.

   May the Lord God Almighty work in such a way that Planned Parenthood is defunded. May God oppose everyone who practices abortion and may every clinic close down permanently. May women who are living immoral lives and considering an abortion as an option for an unwanted pregnancy, come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. May God protect the babies who are in the womb today from being destroyed. In Jesus' name.

This New Blog

It's not like I have a lot of time to write blogs, and I have over 20 blogs already, so why am I doing this? There are a couple of main reasons which I will explain.

We live in a time like this nation has never been in before. During the mid 1800s, we lived in a divided nation. Abraham Lincoln was able to help resolve the issue, and we were once again the United States of America.

Today, we are in a similar situation, only with different variables. During Abraham Lincoln's day, the issue was over slavery. People had slaves, and many were not willing to give them up. Whatever Lincoln did, he was successful in letting the slaves go free. Once that happened though, there were other problems to be reckoned with. I am sure that there were those who loved Lincoln and his cause. But I am also sure that there were those who hated Lincoln, and one of them was successful in killing him.

The time we live in has some similarities as the days of Lincoln. The issues are different though. We are not dealing with slavery or trying to figure out how the slaves could support themselves once they were free. The issues we are dealing with today seem to be primarily involved with 'rights' or 'entitlements' that people feel like they deserve to have. What is ironic about this issue is that when these certain 'rights' are given to these people, it takes away from the rights of others. What is mind-boggling is that many of those at the top leadership of our government are fighting also for these groups of people to have these certain rights. Those who have been leading our country for the past 8 years were not concerned about national security. Nor were they really concerned about the economy. Their cause was not even so much that women get equal pay as men do. What they wanted to do, was to give special rights, not just to minority groups that were valid, but to groups of people who practice what God does not allow.

Here is my summary of what I see happening in the Left, and what their main focus seemed to be. This is only my opinion and my perspective. There is probably much more, and even stuff that I missed.
* Rights for a woman to have the 'right' to her own body. (Simply speaking, this means a right to have abortions).
* Rights for homosexuals and lesbians to marry.
* Rights for transgenders to use whatever gendered restroom they feel or want to us.

Remember, all these so called rights are really at your and my expense. I will have more on all of this at a later date.

So, the main reason I am writing the articles on this blog is to keep people informed on what is going on behind the scenes. We die because of our ignorance. Ignorance is not bliss. The Left is so foolish in their thinking that we dismiss them as a bunch of morons, but, these morons, if that is what you want to call them, are getting away with illegal activity. Why? Because many of those in authority that they will have to face when these Left-wingers break the law, are morons too.

The Bible talks about people who reject God and His love. God eventually turns them over to their wickedness. They are in a world of darkness, and they believe the 'lie'. That is what it means to be perverted. They live in a world of lies. Those who would penalize them for wrongdoing, also live in a world of lies. No wonder there is so much confusion today.

If you can listen to Rush Limbaugh, you will get good insight on what I am trying to write in this blog.
