The Bullies In America Today?

There has been a lot of talk about bullying lately. But, the whole concept of bullying and being superior has been redefined.

This is a made up story, but you will get the point.

Let’s say I have a son who becomes a skilled physician. Let’s say he does a good job at what he does and is successful in his career. Some would say that it’s unfair that someone gets a good, high paying job while others remain jobless. It’s not fair that he makes more money than others. They would say that my son is a bully and that he is oppressing people.

If you take this apart though, it really doesn’t make sense. How would my son be bullying people around if he is skilled at something and as a result of his skill and knowledge, he makes a lot of money?

There is a subtle belief that everything on earth is balanced. There is an equal balance of good and bad. There is an equal balance of pain and peace. If there is something good that happens to someone, then, to someone else, something bad will happen. This is called, ‘Yin-Yang’. It is part of the Eastern religions, and, sadly, it has even swept through America.

I remember listening to Greg Koukle one time, and he was explaining how he was talking with a woman in India. The conclusion of the conversation was that the woman actually believed that because boys in America have a lot of toys (video games, etc.) that means boys in India will be lacking in those things. It has to be balanced.

But this is not Biblical. The Bible explains that God causes both blessings and difficulties to come to the righteous as well as the unrighteous. When God blesses someone, that doesn’t mean that person is a bully. It just means that God has blessed that person with a skill or talent, and that person is responsible for being a good steward of what God has given to him or her.

Anyway, anyone who is successful at their job, or by using a skill, anyone who gets recognition and is shown appreciation for what they have been given, is considered, by some, as a bully.

A bully takes the power away from another. A bully uses his power to magnify himself or herself, to make him or her look important. A bully stops others from achieving worthwhile goals for themselves.

I don’t see how a person who has a good paying job is stopping someone else from being successful at a job. Why do we penalize someone for doing their job and getting paid for it? How is this person’s success oppressing another? This just doesn’t make sense.

Do you think people have bought into the Yin/Yang philosophy in America? Or, could it just be that some are green with envy when others succeed in life? Why is it considered wrong when a person works hard, studies, has hands on experience, and learns a trade or skill that is used to help make a community work? What am I missing here?

There is a principle called, ‘supply and demand’. If a product or service is desired, then a person or business is created to supply the need for the demand. We empower people with our wallets. We pay for things we enjoy or can use. If someone produces something we need, we will pay for that item or service. We are empowering the person who created the item or service. That person is not taking advantage of others or bullying others around with their product. (It is possible for bullying to take place when someone has money or authority, but that is not what normally happens. That is a whole other topic for another article. That is an issue of the heart).

That’s all I’m going to write on this for now. I’m just tired of people making up stories and cases designed to destroy someone or a group of people for being wealthy. Instead of spending their time being sick with envy, they could be building their own lives and could become productive citizens.

Cherry Picking For The Government?

  I was reading an article by Marion Nestle (Food Politics) and I thought it was interesting. In the article, the writer expressed concern and disappointment because the President wants to deregulate certain rules that are being followed by the FDA. The one at hand is a rule concerning how many cherries that frozen pie makers are required to have in their pies.

   I'm just going to put this out for my readers to consider. I find some of the Food Politics articles to be interesting, so I don't want to dis them. But I do want us to see how effective the Liberal Left has been in persuading us in our thinking.

First of all, who is responsible for deciding how much cherry weight is to fill our frozen pies? I am not necessarily looking for an answer for this, and it is a good question. It's a little bit like 'checks and balances'. It is a form of accountability. 

So, should the frozen cherry pie makers have to give account of their product to a governmental agency? If not, where else should they give an account to or should they be accountable at all? 

This is just my take on this; It looks like we are looking to a governmental agency to protect us. Maybe that isn't a bad thing in itself. But where does it end? If the government has the right to decide the rules concerning a frozen pie, what other rules will the government have over businesses? How far will this go?

Did you know that elite schools such as Harvard actually form people and train them so they will be able to run operations like the FDA or the EPA? Those are governmental agencies, and they have a lot more power than what we realize. And they are in bed with the government, so to speak.

If groups like these are making decisions that affect our businesses and how we live, and they are made up of people who have been schooled in Left-wing ideology, what can we expect from them?How will these groups give oversight to our businesses and lives? How much control should they have? Should they have any control over businesses?

Those who think with a Left-wing mindset believe that people are not capable of making their own decisions. They need a grown up to make their decisions for them. That is one goal of a Socialistic government. Basically, they don't want people to make their own decisions. They want to be the ones to call the shots. That way, the government will be run by them, not by people. They decide how restaurants should run. They decide how healthcare will work. They decide how many cherries are supposed to be in frozen pies. The list goes on and on. 

Problem is, those who come out of Harvard or Yale do not necessarily know how businesses are to be run. They don't really know how many cherries are supposed to go into a frozen pie. They weren't trained for that. 

It seems like there should be someone to give account to. Giving account is a good thing. But is the government the best place to be accountable to and is it right?

Maybe this is the reason why we should have self-government. But wait, self-government really only works for those who are born again, those who know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Self-government is for those who have the mind of Christ and the power of God to live a holy life. 

Think about this; if more people were born again and living out their lives for the Lord, we would not need much government. Maybe the answer to all this is simply to do evangelism and plant churches.

Now we know that the law is good, if one uses it lawfully, understanding this, that the law is not laid down for the just but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who strike their fathers and mothers, for murderers, the sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality, enslavers, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine,.."

What to pray for:

* Wisdom for those in authority

* People who break the law will be caught and penalized

* People in America to learn the 'fear of the Lord'.

* God to expose the hidden works of darkness.

Really Irritated About The Lies

I am so tired of hearing the lies about Donald Trump, that if I hear one more lie, I think I will croak.

Today, I read about Ronald Regan's daughter (can't remember her name), who appears to me to be a sold out Left-winger. She was complaining about people associating her father with Donald Trump and was asking people to stop doing that. Then she blasted Trump with a bunch of false accusations, and the one accusation that, by now, we should all know better than to believe and promote.

She thought Trump was such an evil person for putting children in cages. What? This lie has been easily dispelled. Where is this woman coming from? Does she not know what is really going on?

Trump never put children in cages. It never happened, and I doubt it ever will. The children that you see photographed who are in cages, were put in those cages during Obama's administration. These people who love to lie and make up stories about people that they want others to believe, are so perverted.

The Bible talks about people who are deluded and have believed 'the lie'. Because they hate the fact that God has authority over us and calls the shots, they don't want to have anything to do with Him. They openly defy Him. According to the Bible, God turns them over to their wickedness.

These are the people who call things that are good, 'evil', and things that are evil, they call 'good'. Let's read what the Bible says about them:

Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.

 For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

 And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done. They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. I believe these people are also affected mentally. Also, they do not have a working conscience. 

Another one I heard today on the news was a person responding to the topic at hand; the Collusion Narrative, which we know was made up to destroy the President. The guest on the program (I think the show was Cavuto. Not sure who the guest was), responded to a question or statement by making a statement about the President not being able to keep any of his promises. Again, what??? The President has kept many of his promises (which is rare for any elected candidate to actually accomplish!). And the reason he hasn't kept all of them is simple; every time he wants to accomplish something that has to do with why he was elected, the Democrats block his attempt to accomplish the goal. He'll create a bill. They will veto it. As long as they are in the House, they will block anything they have the power to, simply because they want to stop President Trump and they want him to not be able to fulfill the promises he was elected to do.

We have cartoonists making drawings that are a stretch, um, rather a lie, with a picture of or symbol representing the President doing something questionable. 

We know the President supports Israel. Yet, there was a drawing on a public news article depicting the President bullying Israel. These people just don't stop. It's time we stop listening to them and we need to become discerning so we can separate the truth from the lies. 

Things to pray for:

Pray for the church to be able to separate the truth from the lies

Pray for believers to love the truth and defend it

Pray for God to fill the hearts of His people with His love

Pray for the salvation of lost people

Pray for God to raise up laborers in the harvest

Name Calling And False Accusations Seem To Go A Long Way

   I am so disturbed about how the Left makes cases out of nothing and calls people and groups they don't like, by false names, giving wrong representation to them.

   One of these groups being attacked right now is Chick-Fil-A. As you can recall probably, on August 1, 2012, an issue arose where Chick-Fil-A was suddenly attacked by groups of people who supposedly are for social justice. Chick-Fil-A has been accused of a 'hate' crime or at least an action of hate, for taking a stand for marriage being made up of one man and one woman.

  I've read through the writings of the owner of Chick-Fil-A, Dan Cathy, and in his statement, I find no words of hatred for anyone. He even made it clear that everyone was welcome to visit his restaurant and no one is rejected for their beliefs. Yet, groups like the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and the ACLU are known for blowing things up and making situations that don't exist out of a few things like principles that people stand for, and turning them around, using them against the people who stand for them.

   It really would be a different story if Chick-Fil-A took a stand against homosexuality and especially if they acted like Westboro. Then the Left would have a valid case. But if Chick-Fil-A makes it known that they believe the Bible when it says that marriage is made up of one man and one woman, that is not 'hate speech'. Let's be real about this, and let's be honest.

  It looks like to me the ones who are doing the hating are the groups like the SPLC, not Chick-Fil-A. Let's not take a fact and twist it around to make it say something it doesn't really say.

  I think the Bible calls this 'slander', and slander is an abomination in God's sight. It's one of those sins that God takes very seriously, and will deal with justly on That Day.

Infiltrators In The Church - Subtle Tactic of the Left

I couldn't have said it better myself. I am not going to repost this article, but I will copy and paste excerpts from it that are insightful.

The article is called, 'Infiltrators', and it talks about the professing Christians who are working against Donald Trump as president. These people are just as bad, or maybe even worse since they should know better than to respond like this to the President Elect of our country.

The article starts out like this, a comment written by a man who either misunderstands the issue, is listening to the wrong voices, or, perhaps really is an infiltrator:

I want to show you this nasty comment about my blog: “I honestly don’t understand how God-fearing Christians can defend this repugnant, amoral, adulterous, whore monger, toddler of a President. Jesus fed the hungry, healed the sick, told his followers not to judge. And Trump’s cruelty knows no bounds. Locate your moral compass. It’s failing you right now.”

This person is an infiltrator. He has been tapped by the left in a new tactic. They go on social media and pose as Christians. the reason for this is that the church is slowly and finally opening their eyes. More and more believers including Black Americans and Hispanics are realizing that God has placed Trump in power for this hour.

I remember reading an article where 'Christians' were criticizing Franklin Graham's ministry called, 'Samaritan's Purse', and more specifically, 'Operation Christmas Child' where people pack shoeboxes with toys and useful items for children, which end up getting sent to different parts of the world along with a Gospel message in the shoeboxes. 

It wasn't too hard to figure out when I went to one of the articles, why these people were so hateful to Franklin Graham. One pastor, I believe, accused Graham of hating Muslims and using hateful 'rhetoric'. As soon as I read that, I realized where it came from. This pastor or church leader hated Franklin Graham simply because Graham supports Donald Trump. The same hateful language and accusations used against Trump, were the same ones used against Graham!!! Now we know what that was all about.

(By the way, I don't think there is a more loving minister of God's word than Franklin Graham, so this accusation is bogus, just like the accusations against our current President).

The enemy doesn’t want you to see the disaster at our door. He wants you to fixate on Trump’s past so he can destroy your children’s future. The demonic engine that drives the left, hides the world they want for your children and grandchildren.

They don’t want you to see how their socialism will tax us into oblivion. Most of all, they don’t want you to see that they are everything they claim they’re against.

Exactly right. They are using a tactic called, 'misdirection'. The Left wants you to see how evil Trump's past was, and then you will focus on that and be alarmed that such an evil man is President of our country, while they continue to pass laws to kill babies and allow people who aren't citizens of America to have privileges that even American citizens don't have.

One final comment
When Barack Obama was elected President, many Christians were upset. And rightly so. This man brought in evil inside the White House. He is still at work scheming to do things that will ultimately destroy America as we know it. But I never heard Christians talk about Obama, the way that some professing Christians, as well as the Liberal Left express hatred for Donald Trump. That's how we know that something is terribly wrong with this picture. 

The One Thing Missing From Communism

     Well, to be honest, many things are missing from Communism. One would be freedom. Communism doesn't offer freedom. All authority is given to the governing elite. They make all the decisions and they decide where all the money goes. Another thing missing is a good economy. You won't find a good economy in Communistic societies.

     But there is one thing that is missing that is very sad. I was thinking of how, in America, we can make so many different dishes and recipes using a wide variety of ingredients. There is a lot of creativity we have available to us in designing dinner plates.

  People even get jobs and have careers in restaurants. If the person is a skilled chef, he or she can get hired on the spot. These people are valued for their skills.

  We have ingredients available to us to use in our recipes. In fact, we have a wide variety of food co-ops we can join to satisfy our selection of ingredients and we can make some pretty spectacular meals.

  In America, we can take our children to music lessons. We might have a son who plays the trumpet, or a daughter who plays the piano. On the radio, we can pick from a wide variety of music genre to listen to. It's great! We have Celtic, Blues, Rock, Pop, Country, Folk, symphony, and the list goes on. We have a lot to be grateful for.

   Some people are skilled in mechanics and fixing machinery or cars. Others are good with a needle and thread. Others have math and skills in working with numbers. Some people like to work with hair and can make some fantastic hairstyles! This list could go on and on.

  The point is, God created people in His image, with equal value, yet with different skills, talents, and strengths. Each person is unique and uses his or her skills to build a career they need to have to support themselves and their families.

  This is called, 'Individuality'. This is how a community is built. Even in the body of Christ, God gives specific gifts to people, as well as talents and skills. Communism takes away individualism. They look at each person as a number instead of as a person.

  Another point on this is that Communism/Socialism looks at these individual skills as competition, which they consider unjust. They think it isn't fair if a person can make a lot of money using his or her skill, when other people do not have that skill. In their minds, everyone should have the same skill, and get the same recognition as well as make the same amount of money.

  Communism is really an object of worship. Worship involves trust. A Communistic government wants each person to depend upon the government for everything, including the individual's decision making and his or her trust for their needs. The government decides where you live and what job you will have, plus, the government requires a large portion of your hard earned money. They would say they are going to use it to help everyone have equal wealth, but in reality, they will pocket much, if not most of the money for themselves. (We have seen this in the past with Communistic governments).

  Yes, it would be boring to live in a Communist country. Americans today are not aware of the struggles people have had in the past who lived in Communist countries. These people are being lied to by the mainstream media, college professors, and teachers.

  Right now, the Socialists in our country are bribing people with their offers of free healthcare, and other such items. But if you are somewhat logical, you can figure out that this can never happen. Even if everyone's salaries were put in a pot and distributed equally to everyone, we would all end up poor. Not only would our creativity be suppressed, but we would not have much food to eat. Think of this, farmers would have little incentive to grow food and produce meat because the government would put too many restrictions on them and they would get little in return.

   Do you think that physicians are going to work for free when people get sick? How about men and women who are planning on going to medical school to become doctors, when they graduate and get their practices going, would they really work for nothing? They would lose their incentive to work, and who knows, maybe there would be a large shortage on medical practitioners.

   Do you know what the most important thing missing from Communism is? Would you miss it if we end up under Communism?

  Communism is basically Atheistic in its religious belief. Communism requires that each subject is Atheistic as well. Everyone worships something and in Communism, the government is the object of worship.

   The missing item which is so great, is God. In places like North Korea, the leaders have actually taken the Bible, and in parts of it they have rewritten the words putting their names in the place of where God's name is. And children are required to learn this in school. The leaders in North Korea are requiring their citizens to worship them. If you could ever to North Korea, you would see pictures of the leader in all the stores and public places.

  One suggestion would be to find the Voice of the Martyrs website. I know they have to be careful of what they post, because of security reasons for those who live in countries that are hostile to the Gospel message. They put out a magazine every month and the articles that talk about the difficulties of living in these countries. I have learned more about Communism from their magazines than I have from the news or actual History books!

   Communism is real, and it is a threat to America. There have always been threats to our country's freedom and this one is coming on strong. Years ago, those who proposed Communism in our country were rejected. They were ostracized, and looked down upon. But for the past 40 years or so, principles of Socialism and Communism have been subtly taught in our schools as well as trumpeted by the mainstream media, and now politicians are proudly identifying as Socialists and promoting it as a type of Utopia.

Pray:
* For people to be made aware of what Communism really is.
* For people to come to know the Lord and have radical conversions.
* For people in America to learn the 'fear of the Lord'.
* For criminals to be caught and penalized.
* For churches in America to be spiritually healthy and growing.
* For God's people to become discerning and spiritually sharp.

We See Through Your Game Liberal Leftists

There are many examples of hypocrisy on the side of the Liberal Left, also known today as the 'Democratic Party'.

Here is the one example that stands out to me today; the Democrats sit there and accuse the president of lacking compassion. They cry out about how cruel the president is to allow children to be separated from their parents at the Border. Yet, these same people are pressing for laws to let a baby die (infanticide) if the mother doesn't want the baby. How cruel is that?

First of all, there have been laws that were set concerning children being separated from their parents at the Border. These laws were never acknowledged when Obama was president. These laws continued to be violated up until now, not too long after Donald Trump was elected president.

For those who are not aware of it (and those who listen to the fake news channels won't be), the President signed the bill to enact these laws concerning children being separated from their parents at the Border. Have you listened to what the president himself has said about how he feels about children being separated from their parents? I have.

  But how about infanticide? I can't for the life of me imagine how any mother could want her child to die, and to let him or her die intentionally. This mother is infected with hate, and has no conscience. But what is just as bad is the doctors and nurses who let these babies die, and they just don't care? The hospitals where these babies will be born in have pediatric wards. Many sick children will enter those wards in order to get help to get well. Yet, in these same hospitals, there will be babies who will be left to die, simply because mom doesn't want the child.

   This is total hypocrisy. These people who throw darts at Donald Trump and accuse him falsely for separating parents and children at the Border are the same people who are writing laws to allow infanticide. Totally hypocritical.

  These people don't think things through. They make decisions and pass laws based upon their opinions and feelings. And yet, they expect everyone else to do the same.

  But then again, how can you expect a society steeped in Postmodernism to live in the boundaries that we have as a nation? I guess you can't.

We need to pray. Here are things to pray for;

* American citizens to learn the 'fear of the Lord'
* Bible believing churches to be established
* For God to raise up evangelists and those who will share the Gospel message
* For the church to rise up and stand up for the truth, even when it costs them something
* For the word of God to be sown in the hearts of the people in America today.

Pictures of my grandbabies. I can't imagine any mother not wanting to put their baby up for adoption. How could a mom leave her baby to die, and how could doctors and nurses not be affected by this? Something is wrong with this picture. 

People who embrace Postmodernism do not have boundaries. They will not acknowledge the boundaries of others either. They are basically 'lawless'.
